Catholic United Financial is seeking mission-filled Account Executives, what we call Member Advisors, who embody strong Catholic values to join our dynamic sales team and legendary organization. Account Executives assist our members in making informed financial decisions that align with their faith and financial goals.
Account Executives have a robust knowledge of sales and financial services, outstanding people skills, a strong business acumen and a commitment to serving the Catholic faithful while comfortable in a fully commissioned sales environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals by offering solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values to solve financial needs.
Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy in support of the Catholic community.
Achieve activity and sales goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, insurance or financial services or related field.
Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including understanding and comfort in serving in the Catholic community.
Excellent communication and people skills and confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong analytical ability.
Experience presenting to groups as well as in 1:1 member interactions.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and personal involvement in your community are desired.
Account Executives work from their home to service our members in their community. We will only consider applicants residing in MN, WI, IA, SD, ND.
