They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estate Administration Paralegal to join their dynamic firm in Durham, NC area You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the legal aspects of estate planning and trust administration.What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather information and prepare estate planning documents
  • Assist attorneys with estate and trust administration tasks, including tax filings and asset management
  • Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and readily accessible
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and other team members
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to special projects as needed
What You Bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Administration Paralegal
  • Proven ability to prepare and manage estate tax returns (Form 706)
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with legal document management systems is a plus
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and upholding the highest ethical standards
  • Notary Public certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • A passion for helping people and ensuring their wishes are carried out
