**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls to sellers to identify potential leads
* Evaluate and analyze property profitability through market research and comparative market analysis
* Develop and refine negotiation, objection handling, and rebuttal skills using company scripts and training
* Build strong relationships and earn customer trust to close real estate deals over the phone

**Qualifications:**

**About Jiffy Offer:**

**Compensation:**

* $75,000 - $100,000

**Working Hours:**

* 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday
* 9 am to 2 pm 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month

* 100% commission-based role
* $1000 monthly stipend after 90 days or 5 deals closed
