Key Responsibilities:
As a T&E Paralegal, you will:
  • Engage in initial consultations with clients and attorneys to gather essential information.
  • Organize and maintain estate files, including asset research and valuation.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions and accountings, with the appropriate court.
  • Assist clients with the administration of estates, including managing documentation and logistics.
  • Obtain necessary tax identification numbers and draft relevant legal documents.
  • Ensure timely filing and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Manage estate accounts, including reconciliation and preparation of court documents.
  • Travel as required for estate-related matters.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience with 706 estate tax returns and estate administration.
  • A four-year degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in accounting, written and verbal communication, and teamwork.
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to work.
