Position Overview:
We are seeking RPM Specialists for a rapidly expanding healthcare enterprise dedicated to providing monitoring services for chronic conditions. Your primary responsibility will involve enrolling individuals with diabetes into Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, a benefit covered by their insurance. Handling a high volume of inbound calls, you'll ensure each caller receives a positive experience. This position will be based in Boca Raton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all communications in patient records.
  • Coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments with physicians either through warm transfers or via an EMR system.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with patients and update their charts accordingly.
  • Provide efficient and accurate responses to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the company and position.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare call center environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Possess social perceptiveness and a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with fluency in both English and preferably Spanish (not required).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, active listening, and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • $18 to $20 per hour

  • Shifts: 9:00a-5:30p, 10:00a-6:30p, 11:00a-7:30p, 12:00p-8:30p
  • Rotating shifts and weekends as needed
