Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at A1 Roofing, you will play a key role in managing customer interactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our roofing services. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, and support various aspects of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. Address customer questions about roofing services, provide detailed information on materials and options, and guide them through our offerings.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage scheduling for roof inspections, consultations, and installations. Coordinate with customers and our roofing technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Lead Management: Identify and follow up on potential leads, nurturing relationships to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and roofing projects.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers with concerns or issues related to their roofing services, resolving problems efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Emergency Support: Provide immediate assistance for urgent roofing issues, such as damage or leaks, and coordinate emergency repair services as needed.
  • Availability: Must be able to talk on the phone without distractions for 8 hours a day.
  • Call Volume: Must be able to make 1,000+ phone calls a day.
  • Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily lead goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is preferred; experience in the roofing industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Able to commute to the office.

Compensation:

  • This position is paid hourly with additional commission opportunities.
