Who We're Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our data architecture, ensuring data accuracy, and building scalable solutions to support the company's business needs. You will be responsible for generating high quality data extracts for clients, vendors, and partners. You will be instrumental in the developing, testing, and maintenance of internal applications. You will support business users to allow for business continuity.

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Understand and communicate the business impacts of findings
  • Meets with end users to gather data analysis requirements to deliver accurate results.
  • Support end users on functionality and navigation of reports and information
  • Develop and manage strong relationships, collaborating with internal team members in a consultative manner to both translate their business requirements into analytics requirements, and proactively offer them insights and suggestions
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to understand data schema and various data feeds
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of BI Analyst experience 
  • Healthcare, PBM, or Managed Care Industry experience
  • Experience with analytics model development and maintenance, report development, troubleshooting, and support
  • Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills; Able to develop and deliver clear, crisp, and customer focused messages and presentations to all levels company team members
  • Data Analytics Certification, preferred
