This pivotal role will focus on streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency across business functions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do:
As a Director, Business Operations, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Operational Efficiency: Lead initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all business functions. Identify areas of inefficiency and implement actionable plans to address them.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct thorough analyses of current workflows and organizational processes. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Internal Consulting: Provide internal consulting services to improve our products, workflow processes, and overall organizational structure. Collaborate with various departments to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.  Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to drive operational success.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning. Analyze data to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform business strategies.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting framework on operational performance, efficiency metrics, and improvement initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Executive Presence: Represent the organization in internal and external meetings, conferences, and presentations. Effectively communicate the company’s operational strategies and improvements to diverse audiences.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage tools such as Microsoft Office, Domo, and SQL to support operational activities and data analysis. Ensure the effective use of technology to enhance business operations.

What You Need:
  • Background in strategy, operations, consulting, or investment banking
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience
  • Microsoft office experience
  • SQL and Domo experience preferred
