A leading global business content hub is adding a Sponsorship Sales Executive to the team. Their mission is to produce and distribute the best management media content to help companies and their top executives improve the way they manage their organizations.

They also offer a broad portfolio of digital learning solutions, covering trending management topics, presented by the most recognized minds and leaders.

Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a B2B Partnership Sales Executive to join our team based in New York City.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales executive to develop our business in the US and Canada.

Knowledge of the events / conference industry and / or executive education industry a plus but not essential.

This is a full-time permanent position with a basic annual salary plus variable based on performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identifying and researching prospective new client accounts to pitch partnership opportunities
  • Building presentations and proposals for clients
  • Track record of generating new business and connecting creatively with prospects through multiple channels – email, phone, LinkedIn and others
  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding targets through your sales activities
  • Demonstrating excellent product and sector specific knowledge

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in sponsorship or Learning & Development sales a plus.
  • Curious, creative, self-motivated
  • Comfortable working with clients who are senior decision makers in their organizations
  • Interest in business and management trends is a must
  • Be a self-motivated, results oriented salesperson with track record of delivering to targets
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • This is an inside and outside sales job, involving cold outreach as well as to holding one-on-one, in-person meetings.

Candidate will ideally have experience using the following tools:

  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Google Workspace
  • Salesloft
  • Zoom info (or similar)
