Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for an experienced personal injury paralegal to support our dedicated team. You'll be in charge of processing mail, electronic scanning/filing into our customized case management system (CRM), managing daily office correspondence, managing pleadings filed with court, talking with clients, mailing client gifts, scheduling meetings and travel as needed, and processing settlement data. Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service and a desire to work with and help people is required. Compensation:

$25 - $35 hourly

Qualifications:
  • Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a personal injury law firm as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Must have experience in use of legal software, case management, and docketing programs
  • An Associate’s degree or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products
