Southwest ADI/FAD is an accessories distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor Company. We're looking for a team member to work with our customers in our returns process. We need an energetic and customer service-oriented person with excel experience. They are the key point of contact for the company, maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Process submitted orders from the automotive retailers across the southeast region of the US.

  • Continual communication with local warehouses to process sales and credits according to company policy.
  • Assisting customers with any complaints and inquires concerning returns.  

  • Regularly monitor customer's transactions and report those to the company.
  • Provide a high level of service to our customers.

  • Issue RMA's and track returns orders. 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Capable of working independently. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must.

  • High attention to detail and have strong multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

  • Bi-lingual is a plus.

  • Ability to read/interpret/manage excel documents.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
