JOB DESCRIPTION:

Air/Medical Integrator will provide comprehensive support for air medical integration services within the readiness training exercise plans group. This role involves developing and coordinating medical evacuation training scenarios, ensuring doctrinally correct medical training within the Joint Operating Environment, and participating in the planning and execution of the training exercise.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the development of medical evacuation training scenarios and coordinate with exercise planners.
  • Coordinate with Army and Air National Guard leadership to ensure the medical plan is supported and linked to exercise Global Medic.
  • Conduct monthly synchronization meetings with plans group, Global Medic, and Air National Guard leadership.
  • Attend Joint Exercise Lifecycle Conference events to coordinate with participating units, exercise enablers, and the planning team.
  • Work with the exercise Safety Officer on medical trend analysis and sick call reporting.
  • Be present for the entire duration of the exercise, including weekends and foundation/academy requirements.
  • Deliver a written report post-exercise, presenting training objectives achieved.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical planning and execution of large-scale Joint Medical training events.
  • Experience as a planner and exercise medical director for large-scale Joint Medical training events.
  • Familiarity with Army and Air National Guard operations and medical evacuation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Joint Medical Doctrine and Global Medic exercise.
  • Experience in joint, multinational, decisive action environments.
  • Previous participation in large-scale military exercises or training events.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel as required to various locations within the 54 states and territories and District of Columbia.
