Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Fixed Wing Pilots to provide essential medical air transportation services. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient transport for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation with a starting wage of $91, $100,284.36. Additionally, there is a $15,000 sign-on bonus available upon successful completion of training and checkride, with no training contract required. A $40,000 retention bonus is also offered after a 6-month waiting period as part of a 3-year program.

Work Schedule:

This position operates on a 14/14 schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Relocation and Housing:

We provide $3,000 in relocation assistance and company-paid crew housing to support your transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure the safe transport of patients.
  • Maintain aircraft readiness for dispatch, adhering to all regulatory and company standards.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for each flight, including load manifests.
  • Communicate effectively with air and ground teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and maintain required certifications.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in various weather conditions and may involve tasks such as de-icing the aircraft and assisting with ground operations.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lbs as part of their duties.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) license.
  • Willingness to obtain an ATP within 5 years of employment.
  • Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license.
  • A minimum of 2,500 total flight hours, including 2,000 fixed wing hours and 1,000 PIC hours.
  • Experience with 500 cross country hours, 100 night hours, and 75 instrument hours (50 actual).
