Housing Specialist

Location: San Francisco, CA (some travel to the East Bay as well)

Pay: $30-33 per hour

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct in-field inspections of housing units

· Prepare reports on key aspects of housing quality

· Work closely with organization leadership to give recommendations

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

· 3+ years' in supportive housing and property management

· Ability to work with limited supervision

· Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments

· Strong proof reading, formatting, and editing skills and grammar

· Proficient in Microsoft Office - Suite

· HQS certification required
