This position involves assisting relocating employees and their families with various aspects of their transition to a new area, including but not limited to Social Security Applications, Area Tours, Property Viewings, and School Visits. The ideal candidate will possess a polished professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
This opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role, offering a flexible schedule based on demand.
As a division of National Corporate Housing, a prominent global leader in temporary housing program management for corporate relocations and business travel, we are expanding our Destination Services division.
Key Responsibilities:- Support relocating employees and their families throughout the transition process.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the local area, including rental markets, educational institutions, and the Social Security application process.
- Facilitate a seamless integration for families into their new communities.
- Demonstrate efficiency in building relationships, effective communication, and delivering tailored information promptly.
- Maintain positive interactions with property managers, landlords, and apartment communities by engaging professionally with all stakeholders involved in the rental process.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and courtesy at all times, ensuring a respectful demeanor in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- At least two years of residency in the community.
- Real Estate License is preferred.
- Comfortable and interested in engaging with diverse cultures.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Availability for flexible scheduling between Monday and Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment or those with personal commitments.
- Multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive pay structure with flat rate fees based on authorized services, starting at $150 for a half-day.
- Flexible working hours.
