Position Summary:


The Contracts and Licensing Coordinator will perform administrative duties associated with the contract execution process for the PURIS family of companies. This position will also assist in the maintenance, renewal, and the process of acquiring new licenses and prequalifications for all companies under the PURIS umbrella. The Contracts and Licensing Coordinator will maintain the high level of professionalism and customer service provided to both internal and external customers.


Essential Job Accountabilities:

  • Manage Work History Document
  • Establish and Maintain SharePoint job folders for Contracts and Operations
  • Order all Certificates of Insurance
  • Order Performance & Payment and Maintenance Bonds
  • Assist submitting license and prequalification renewals
  • Research new license requirements as necessary
  • Special projects assistance as necessary

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year previous experience in contract and licensing administration
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Detail oriented and self motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to change, take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
