What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the development and execution of shopper marketing (vendor and category) programs, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of shopper marketing, category, and organization projects
  • Collaborate and meet with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track
  • Analyze and interpret data related to shopper behavior, sales performance, and marketing campaign results and identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis


Requirements:

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of project coordination/management experience; preferably in the retail or grocery category
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive innovation in shopper marketing initiatives
  • Reliable transportation to go into an office 3+ days per week
