What YOU will do:

This position is responsible for supervising the overall client relationship and project execution for the HVAC line of business from the development and review of the estimate to project completion and closeout.

  • Project Management: Oversee the organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
  • Customer Deadlines: Set and meet customer deadlines per the Scope of Work, ensuring satisfaction through timeliness, accuracy, and communication.
  • Resource Estimation: Collaborate with other departments to estimate needed supplies, manpower, and resources.
  • Budget Management: Create and present accurate budget projections, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Reporting: Oversee the creation of reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
  • Supervision: Supervise project management staff to ensure subcontractors and employees perform quality, timely work.
  • Milestone Tracking: Track and report project milestones and tasks weekly to management.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Task Planning: Plan, organize, and assign tasks to project team members, ensuring work accuracy.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff with diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize and participate in group meetings.
  • Policy Conformance: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Performance Reviews: Complete assigned performance reviews.
Requirements:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university OR 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience with large customer interface preferred.
  • Experience in construction environment preferred.
