Responsibilities

 

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
  • Upsell products and services to customers by showcasing additional features and benefits
  • Follow call center scripts when handling specific customer scenarios
  • Ensure all customer interactions are conducted with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer service experience

 

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and also independently
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
