Job Duties:

  • Guide the consumer through the employer's new employee training process
  • Assists with creating a practical work schedule
  • Establishes transportation to and from the worksite
  • Provides encouragement to the consumer to support job retention and potential advancement
  • Coordinate services with the employer and consumer to enhance work performance and job satisfaction through weekly visits to the worksite or offsite

Job Coach (CSS) Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and proof of up-to-date auto insurance. Prior experience working with individuals that have developmental disabilities in a social services field is not required but preferred

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person, Shakopee and Burnsville area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

  • No weekends

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Shakopee and Burnsville, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
