Position Overview

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? At Pathways to Community, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Our organization values a culture of servant leadership and believes that the success of our team members translates into exceptional care for our clients.

Availability:
We require candidates to select at least one shift per week to work at various group homes.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Please note: This position does not guarantee a fixed number of hours. It is a floating role, requiring flexibility to work across the metro area.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by:

  • Assisting individuals with their daily living needs, including personal care
  • Administering prescribed medications
  • Preparing meals and maintaining a clean living environment
  • Providing continuous supervision and support
  • Facilitating transportation to appointments and community activities
Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, along with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English
  • Be capable of participating in aquatic activities (e.g., swimming, water slides, hot tubs)
  • Successfully pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
  • Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Willingness to work throughout designated counties is essential.
