Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be at the heart of our talent strategy. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. You will drive our talent management processes, facilitating talent reviews and succession planning. By identifying and nurturing key talent, you will help create a robust pipeline of future leaders. Your expertise in compensation will ensure our packages remain competitive and compliant, helping us attract and retain the best employees.

As a trusted advisor, you will address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and resolve grievances. Your guidance will be invaluable in fostering a positive work environment. You will also play a pivotal role in training and development, assessing needs, creating impactful programs, and delivering engaging sessions that elevate our workforce's skills and knowledge.

Your leadership development initiatives will empower our leaders to grow and excel, ensuring they are well-equipped to drive the company forward. You will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that align with current legislation, and support managers in performance management, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner. You should have a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to build strong relationships, solve problems, and handle conflicts will be crucial. Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a must.

Preferred Qualifications: A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable. Experience in a small to mid-sized company and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects will set you apart.
