As a trusted consultant, you will address employee inquiries, conduct thorough investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts. Additionally, you will play a significant role in employee training and development, identifying needs, crafting impactful programs, and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance our team's skills and knowledge.
Your initiatives in leadership development will empower our managers to thrive, ensuring they are equipped to propel the organization forward. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies that adhere to current regulations, while supporting managers in performance evaluations and fostering a culture of ongoing feedback and improvement.
Qualifications: We seek a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a Strategic HR Partner capacity. A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation is essential, as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to forge strong relationships, resolve issues, and manage conflicts will be critical. Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is required.
Preferred Qualifications: A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly advantageous. Experience in a small to mid-sized organization and a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects will distinguish you as a candidate.
