We are looking for a joyful person who would love serving hearing impaired seniors by coordinating their care and administrative duties.

Would you like to be part of a team with a calling to serve others before self?

Compensation:

$17-$21 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Complete patient intakes by phone and electronically.
  • Upload documents and maintain accurate patient files.
  • Set up telehealth calls between patients and providers.
  • Assist patients and family members with their needs by phone and virtually.
  • Monitor treatment orders for timely delivery.
  • Keep providers equipped so that they can serve patients in retirement communities.
  • Monitor patient cases so that no patient gets forgotten.
Qualifications:
  • Must be comfortable and capable of navigating and maintaining patient records in practice management software.
  • Proficient in office software and email.
  • Analytical skills to maintain accuracy.
  • Personal relationship skills to serve patients and families.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and on phone.
