The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving their ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidate must be very effective communicating with customers via phone, e-mail, and in person, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with quotations in a timely manner and enter sales orders
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Close sales and provide outstanding customer service
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest, Build Strong Customer relationships
  • Read blueprints and assist customers with technical sales issues, and recommend proper products for applications
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Gather and organize sales data
Requirements:
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Technically knowledgeable and detail orientated
  • Strong phone presence, with exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in working well with others
  • Experience working with ERP packages with strong computer entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A strong desire to succeed
