Territory Account Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for managing existing customer relationships while developing new customer accounts through strategic sales practices and customer service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Services existing customer accounts with exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Develops potential and new customer relationships by promoting company products through a variety of sales channels including cold calling and on-sight visits. Video conferencing may be used when applicable.
- Develops professional business relationships with a wide array of people and businesses through strategic sales practices.
- Handles customer questions, complaints and concerns and helps resolve any customer billing and collections issues in conjunction with the Louisville center.
- Travels to meet with customers, goes to job sites and other business functions as needed.
- Uses CRM tool to generate weekly reports and communicates customer feedback to appropriate parties in center.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Strong degree of integrity.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Commensurate with Experience
- minimum of 2yrs sales experience
