Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing existing customer relationships while developing new customer accounts through strategic sales practices and customer service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Services existing customer accounts with exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business.
  2. Develops potential and new customer relationships by promoting company products through a variety of sales channels including cold calling and on-sight visits. Video conferencing may be used when applicable.
  3. Develops professional business relationships with a wide array of people and businesses through strategic sales practices.
  4. Handles customer questions, complaints and concerns and helps resolve any customer billing and collections issues in conjunction with the Louisville center.
  5. Travels to meet with customers, goes to job sites and other business functions as needed.
  6. Uses CRM tool to generate weekly reports and communicates customer feedback to appropriate parties in center.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  1. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  2. Effective time management and planning skills.
  3. Strong degree of integrity.
  4. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Commensurate with Experience
  • minimum of 2yrs sales experience
