We are in search of a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Keel Mind division and work collaboratively with our team. Keel Mind is a fast-growing mental health startup searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a growing business. We provide a SaaS platform for mental health practitioners that will train, measure and improve effectiveness in the delivery of care. We work with multiple verticals, and are constantly expanding across Canada and USA. As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Keel Mind, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by providing expert technical and product knowledge during the pre-sales process. You will collaborate closely within our sales team and prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and ultimately secure new business opportunities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide Product knowledge Support to the Keel Mind Sales team and Business Managers.
  • Bridge the gap between sales and product management.
  • Engage with potential new customers to understand their needs and pain points and to provide Product consultancy on the solution application and configurations.
  • Engage with customer’s clinical, technical and IT teams in the pre-sales phase.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solution
  • Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
  • Articulate technical concepts and benefits in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects , providing insights and recommendations based on their specific business challenges
  • Accountability for creating bids on-time and according to Business Divisions pricing guides and authority.
  • Accountability for high technical quality and configuration of a proposal.
  • Accountability for a realistic and appropriate proposal scope.
  • Accountability for being knowledgeable and up to date on the latest Keel Mind and competitors’ products & solutions.
  • Prepare and support trade fairs and represent Keel Mind HealthCare.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3-5 years Sales or Pre-sales experience within Healthcare is a must.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or similar technical role within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
