Now Hiring Logistics (Domestic & International Background) Sales Executive

BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Ontario, California Territory

Responsibilities and Duties

Sell logistical transportation services (Domestic or International) to customers with diverse logistical needs

Grow your business through generating sales leads, soliciting new accounts and increasing services to current customers.

Develop and manage customers relationships while answering questions and resolving any issues.

Maintain and update the company CRM system with client details, sales activities, and action items.

Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee industry leading customer service on every shipment.

Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and engage with existing customers.

Qualifications

Prior experience selling transportation and logistics, in produce a plus.

Strong customer service and business development skills: able to establish rapport with others in a courteous and professional manner.

Excellent communication.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Able to work as a team player and to work independently to achieve results.

Ambitious and highly motivated

Sales professional who can reach and exceed goals.

Able to remain resilient in a competitive environment.

Understands the importance of self-motivation, time management, and organization.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Able to cold call while staying assertive and positive.

6)Punctual-show up on time, ready for work on time, stay proactive, know your schedule, and stay on top of it. Make sure you are reaching your goals and deadlines. Do not show up late to work or leave early with notifying your manager.

Position has a high base pay and commission and bonus pay structure as well.
