Sales Manager

**Position is Hybrid for Southern California residents with expectation of in office twice a month.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Team Management**:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales report evaluations to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Ensure exceptional phone customer service to guide customers in selecting the right products and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and handling concerns effectively.
- **Account Management**:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, including brick-and-mortar stores, large multi-location outlets, and online retailers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business needs.
- **Strategic Planning and Operations**:
- Provide recommendations to senior management on sales strategies, marketing trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support sales initiatives, including logistics, marketing, and product development.
- **Product Knowledge and Innovation**:
- Utilize extensive knowledge of off road wheels, tuner wheels, SUVs, luxury sedans, and street truck fitments to advise customers and drive sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- **International Collaboration**:
- Serve as a liaison between our company and international partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **7+ years of experience in the wheel industry, with a proven track record of sales success.**:
- 5 + years account executive experience.
- Have established networks and contacts in the wheel industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and QuickBooks report generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing trends is preferred.
- Knowledge of freight logistics and operations is an asset.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
