SUMMARY
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Sales Director with specialized expertise in the
automotive parts industry or camping and sports industry. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record of success in driving sales within these sectors and a deep understanding of
working with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. The Sales Director will play a
pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to enhance market presence, drive
revenue growth, and foster strong relationships within the target industries.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Industry Expertise:
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the automotive parts industry or
camping and sports industry.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
2. Distribution Channel Management:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of working with retailers, distributors, and other
channel partners.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to optimize distribution and enhance
market reach.
3. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of
the chosen industry.
• Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and direction.
4. Relationship Building:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and
industry influencers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and other
departments.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics within the automotive parts or camping
and sports industry.
• Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators
and areas for improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the automotive parts or camping and sports
industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director-level role and successful existing cases.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet ambitious revenue targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the chosen industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
