We're looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with in-depth experience in Fintech, Consumer or Mortgage Lending and managing (and growing) a portfolio of customers. We’re Shastic, A Fintech platform democratizing access to an AI workforce for Community Based Financial Institutions (think your local bank or credit union). We’re growing FAST and you’re going to be a part of the team that will add a few zeros to that growth rate.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Shastic is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to proactively manage the customer experience by interfacing with Banking and Credit Union clients. The Relationship Manager will represent the client needs to stakeholders within Shastic and will promote Shastic’s services and products to the customer.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients as well as various internal departments

• Collaborates with the top entities in the respective segment to formulate a collaborative yearly business plan

• Defines and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders in each relationship

• Ensures that a high level of service is maintained by keeping clients informed of any new developments, products, and all available services as they relate to their client business needs

• Drives and tracks client requests to meet yearly goals and objectives

• Keeps relationship pulse metrics up to-date and relevant

• Reviews and negotiates contracts with clients

• Monitors, analyzes , and reports on clients' usage on a monthly basis

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree is a plus but we’re really looking for someone with the right experiences and skillsets

• a few years of financial services, client support, or account management experience in a related field

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and internal departments

• Confident public speaking and presentation skills

• Effective discovery, presentation, influence, and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and oral communications skills

• Excellent data gathering and analysis skills, utilizing reports, spreadsheets, web-based applications, and other software tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers

• Strong relationship building skills with internal partners in order to gain buy-in and agreement

Work Environment

• This job operates 100% remotely and requires an appropriate workspace

• Proven experience in growing a portfolio of business while reducing customer churn

• Experienced with Hubspot, ClickUp and Jira (at least familiar)
