Requirements:

  • Fast Casual restaurant experience preferred
  • 1+ year of salaried Restaurant Manager experience or 2-3+ years as a Shift Leader experience.
  • Experience hiring & training hourly team members

  • Has excellent people and guest service skills
  • Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
  • Cultivates a diverse culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment.
