Rental Sales Specialists can expect any of the following responsibilities:
• Generate rental, lease and vehicle sales leads per prescribed sales guidelines.
• Obtain leads through phone solicitation, cold calling, customer visits, and incoming online marketing in order to achieve weekly KPIs.
• Initiate prospect contacts (phone calls, letters, emails) and distribute collateral to prospective customers. • Apply GWT rental sales solutions through the use of product, industry knowledge and company guidelines.
• Grow market share by meeting Rental Sales KPIs.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and needs through quality service and problem solving techniques, escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain and expand existing customer base.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by management.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years sales/leasing and management experience
• Outside Sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• MVR with clean driving record • Able to reliably commute to Fontana or planning to relocate before starting work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience
• Heavy equipment/rental/Trailer industry experience: 1-2 years
• MS Office: 5+ years
• License/Certifications: if any
Work Environment:
On-site office. May be exposed to working near moving mechanical parts; chemicals; fumes or airborne particles, swings in temperature and environmental conditions. May encounter moderate to loud noise levels.
