  • Account Management: Collaborate with the national sales team, auction representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Assist with customer care issues, respond to client inquiries, and provide support for sales processes, including vehicle preparation and delivery.
  • Process Coordination: Monitor vehicle sales processes, communicate with auctioneers, and coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Quality Control: Examine vehicles, verify specifications, and ensure that inventory meets necessary standards.
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate vehicle transportation, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of emerging issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate file jackets for client audits, containing condition reports and invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Redemption Coordination: Efficiently coordinate redemptions, involving scheduling with consumers, facilitating payments, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Accounts Receivable department to send invoices as needed and work effectively with other teams throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline, or 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of sales processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
