Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remarketing Specialist to join our team. As a Remarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging online platforms to market our extensive inventory of used trucks, attracting buyers and facilitating the sale of fleet-maintained off-lease and rental units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently post available units, special offers, and customer success stories on online platforms.
  • Develop and execute a results-driven marketing plan to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and new opportunity identification.
  • Utilize creative, innovative, and alternative marketing strategies to differentiate ourselves from traditional dealerships.
  • Provide persistent follow-up and timely customer support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, service, administration, and management teams to meet objectives.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions with both external and internal customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related sales experience.
  • Proficiency with online marketing platforms and the ability to utilize them effectively for marketing and outreach.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service with impeccable follow-through.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
