Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate After-School Subject Tutor to join our team. As a Subject Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students after school hours. The position entails working only one day per week, from Tuesday to Friday, for two hours, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Subject include: High school English, Math, History, Physics, Chemistry or Biology.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized history instruction to students based on their individual needs and learning styles.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic success.
  • Communicate effectively with students and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
  • Utilize various teaching resources and technology to enhance learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and assessments.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Math, History, Physics, Chemistry or Biology.
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience in English, Math, History, Physics, Chemistry or Biology.
  • Strong knowledge of historical concepts across various periods and regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed.
  • Reliable and punctual.
