Digital Marketing Strategist, Paid & Organic


  • Own and drive innovative, inspiring and award-winning campaigns that meet and exceed our client’s goals.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media, search and display strategies for multiple brands in line with client’s goals
  • Design and manage awareness, prospecting, remarketing and lead generation campaigns, both B2C and B2B
  • Manage budgets and campaign optimizations to drive strong return on investment
  • Implement channel specific tactics across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate directly with the team in order to translate advertising & marketing campaigns appropriately for social channels
  • Oversee, mentor and inspire Media specialists and ensure they are meeting client’s goals
  • Work with creative partners to deliver amazing results
  • Deliver POVs, audits and competitive analysis
  • Audience targeting, benchmark reporting and recommendations
  • Monitor and track all campaign tactics by medium and source, including phone tracking analytics, and develop reports, insights and recommendations to populate campaign dashboards
  • Interpret data and strategize how to improve creative and approach to optimize results
  • Maintain the social content calendar - in conjunction with the rest of the integrated marketing efforts - 30 days in advance
  • Plan, produce and publish organic content to various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Direct optimization, including copy & messaging, creative, audience targeting, ads, landing pages, A/B tests, to meet and exceed established critical metrics
  • Actively monitor and leverage industry trends, best practices, and web performance analytics to recommend innovative, results-oriented digital projects and programs.
  • Budget stewardship, expense tracking billing reconciliation
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo, video, text), presentation and communication skills

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Social, Organic Social, Paid Search & Analytics and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising and digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Experience in Programmatic Display a plus
  • Experience managing B2B and B2C performance-driven campaigns
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reporting dashboards
  • Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Moz, SEM Rush, SpyFu
  • BS/BA in marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Google Ads Certification, Facebook certification, or certification in progress
  • ABM experience a plus
