Assistant Site Coordinator- After School

Duties:
- Assisting Site Coordinator in daily administrative tasks on the elementary school campus
- Performing supervisorial Site Coordinator duties, as needed
- Serving as onsite Lead Instructor
- Implementing and modeling instruction of daily activities in various enrichment classes
- Maintaining classroom management
- Monitoring and maintaining child safety on playground and during snack break
- Providing homework assistance and actively engaged in student activities
- Available to work 5 weekday afternoons, Monday-Friday, from 2:30 - 6:00 PM following the Austin elementary school calendar.
- Energetic, engaging, dependable, and flexible
- 1+ year experience working with children in a group setting (camps, coaching, teaching, group tutoring, workshops, child care, child development, teacher assistance, special education, child therapy, instructional assistance, and/or substitute teaching)
- High school diploma or equivalent, college hours preferred
- Currently reside in the Austin Metro Area
- Must have reliable, independent transportation to support multiple elementary school campuses
- Clear background check result
