We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level professional as a Marketing Coordinator 2 to join our Kontron Family This person should be highly organized and detail-oriented. Marketing Coordinator and internal communications champion, responsible for overseeing various marketing-related tasks and projects, ensuring they stay on track both in terms of timeline and budget. This role will involve helping to coordinate event logistics, collaborating with channel sales, supporting the sales team with documentation materials, liaising with external vendors, updating brand materials, and enhancing internal communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Assistance: Develop methods to track and archive marketing projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints and track ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including managing logistics such as venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by coordinating resources to provide them with necessary documentation materials and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for various marketing needs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Internal Communication: Act as the point person to develop and maintain internal communication resources and materials, keeping employees informed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in event planning and vendor management is a plus.
