Eastridge Workforce Solutions Legal team has an opening for a Legal Secretary at a large Atlanta law firm. This position requires full-time, in-office attendance Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, and e-mail
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing expense reports, check requests, client invoices, and time entry
- E-filing in the State and Federal courts
- Maintaining and managing client files
- Maintaining attorneys' calendar and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating client meetings, travel arrangements (domestic and international) and conferences
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Legal Secretary supporting litigation attorneys
- E-filing experience in State and Federal courts
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent client service
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and use good judgment in order to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of document management system and other applications
