- Monitor inventory performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
- Lead team to utilize advanced planning systems and tools to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with procurement and other management to manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Report on key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and production performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a related role in manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
