Position Overview:
  • Financial Oversight: Generate comprehensive forecasts and corporate financial reports, including monthly and quarterly updates.
  • ERP Enhancement: Spearhead the optimization of our ERP software, boosting financial reporting and operational effectiveness.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate across various departments to address operational challenges, manage inventory, and enhance profitability.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Direct financial resource planning for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business or Accounting with over 7 years of experience in a manufacturing context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Access and PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with an emphasis on team development and motivation.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
