Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on team development and motivation are required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as well as experience with fully integrated ERP systems and a solid grasp of general business practices.
