What You'll Do as a Sales Representative at Ahola

As a Sales Representative at Ahola, you'll play a key role in expanding our revenue by upselling to existing clients and setting up First Time Appointments (FTAs) with potential customers for our Sales Executives. You'll promote Ahola's full suite of HCM products and services, aiming to meet your upsell targets. Working closely with our sales team, you'll identify and seize upsell opportunities. Your prospecting efforts will focus on specific vertical markets and Centers of Influence (COIs) such as Accountants, Legal, Financial, and Consulting professionals. You'll have clear goals for FTAs and building a robust pipeline of prospects.

What it Takes to Be Successful

  • Upsell Ahola HCM services to existing customers not contacted within 90 days to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain an accurate and timely customer database in the CRM, documenting all interactions and information.
  • Facilitate product and service demonstrations for existing clients.
  • Prepare accurate proposals for products and services.
  • Collect all necessary setup information and documents for upsell clients promptly.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve service issues.
  • Target key prospects and industry verticals/COIs as assigned by the Director of Sales to schedule First Time Appointments (FTAs).
  • Schedule FTAs in Ahola's CRM for prospects and Sales Executives, including setting the agenda.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, including follow-up calls and identifying upsell opportunities.

The Experience You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of inside or outside B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong consultative sales background preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems required.
