You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced real estate professionals to ensure success in your role. You will also have the opportunity to network with other real estate agents in the local market to build relationships and share best practices.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of buyers and sellers by helping them to find their dream home or sell their property. Your customer service skills and commitment to your clients will be instrumental in creating a positive experience for them.

Goals You'll Strive Towards
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, your main goal is to provide outstanding customer service while helping clients to buy and sell real estate. You will strive to build relationships with potential buyers and sellers, as well as other real estate agents, to help you meet your goals. Additionally, you will use your marketing and sales skills to effectively promote your listings.

Responsibilities You'll Have

  • Connect with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide them with the best real estate options
  • Research the local market and understand current real estate trends and regulations
  • Create marketing and advertising materials to promote properties
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the closing process
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Success as a Real Estate Sales Representative looks like exceeding customer expectations while helping buyers and sellers to successfully complete their real estate transactions. You will know you are successful if you are able to build relationships with customers and other real estate agents while consistently meeting or exceeding your sales goals.

How You'll Know if You're Not Cut Out for Real Estate
If you are not comfortable working independently and are not able to think on your feet to come up with creative solutions, then a career in real estate may not be for you. Additionally, if you do not have strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills, then this role may not be the right fit.
