Pay rate $30 to 35/hr Team Leader DeputyLocation: Memphis, TN (100% onsite)Job Title: Team Leader Datacenter TechsNumber of Roles: 3 (Day Shift)Duration:40 days Day Shifts 7 days a week - start date Sept 23rd Day Shift Important Notes:
  • All proposed candidates will be screened, tested, and then trained by NVIS.
  • Lodging/Meals - paid by client
  • Airfare: 1 round trip flight paid for by customer
  • OT = over 8 hours/day OR over 40 hours in 1 week (Monday-Sunday)
  • Weekend hours = Night shift rate
Team Leader Deputy (3 day shift Roles)Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Team Leader in overseeing daily operations and installations.
  • Supervise and support team members on-site.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installations.
  • Help manage project timelines and coordinate with other teams. Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of data center cabling
  • Leadership and supervisory skills- Effective communication and teamwork
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail
Optional Certifications:
  • BICSI Technician
  • OSHA Safety Certification
