Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of automotive technicians and customer service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians and customer service advisors to achieve sales and service targets
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs
  • Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial performance
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
  • Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives and recommend strategies to increase sales and service results
