Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Co-Brand team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. 
  • Monitor and track the team's key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that performance meets expectations.
  • Ensure the team creates purchase orders efficiently and accurately. 
  • Manage the scheduling of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and meet production timelines.
  • Supervise the verification of order form details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the creation and updating of item parts, ensuring adherence to detailed naming conventions and accuracy.
  • Supervise the creation and updating of bills of material to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the invoicing process and assist with payment collection as needed.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to purchasing and supply chain management as required.
Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor Degree - Preferred
  • Communicator – Enjoys organizing things for clarity and efficiency
  • Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in process auditing and KPI management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • EQ – helpful/can-do attitude. Happy and humble
