Job Summary

Trove Brands is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, creating and scheduling purchase orders, and coordinating shipments from vendors to distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high standards of excellence in product quality and on-time shipping
  • Create and schedule purchase orders with vendors and sub-suppliers
  • Communicate with international and domestic vendors, including daily emails and monthly video calls
  • Reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices
  • Manage samples requests for sales, marketing, and product development teams
  • Coordinate shipments from vendors to distribution centers
Requirements
  • Minimum 18-month commitment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
