Procurement Specialist

Trove Brands is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, creating and scheduling purchase orders, and coordinating shipments from vendors to distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high standards of excellence in product quality and on-time shipping
- Create and schedule purchase orders with vendors and sub-suppliers
- Communicate with international and domestic vendors, including daily emails and monthly video calls
- Reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices
- Manage samples requests for sales, marketing, and product development teams
- Coordinate shipments from vendors to distribution centers
- Minimum 18-month commitment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
