Director of Marketing

Children of America (COA): We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. As a Marketing Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to create marketing collateral, promotional materials, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently across various channels and projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new marketing tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM platforms.
